Bought a Charnwood C4 an I can't rate this stove enough. Simple, understated elegance, easy to light and maintain. Superb service from everyone at Kernow Fires. It'll be our first place to go when looking for a additional stove.

Our chimney needed to be taken down to roof level and rebuilt before our new gas fire was fitted, all works being undertaken by Kernow Fires. After a very efficient scaffolding job in a tight space by Trelawney Scaffolding, Lee and Ricky started the job on the chimney. It was demolished and it needed a metal plate insertion which had to be made to measure, then rebuilt, pots put back and a liner for the fire put in. It looks great, good match for the other end and very smart. Lee and Ricky were extremely tidy workers, clearing up every day, great teamwork and have done an excellent job. They were always cheerful and professional, after the initial banging hardly knew they were there. No mess at all after they had gone. Thank you very much, Lee and Ricky. Kernow Fires ordered us a couple of items for our woodburner. We called in one morning and that afternoon a member of staff phoned back with our quote, we ordered the next day and expected around a 2 week wait. Within a week we received an email to say our items were ready for collection. Staff are polite, curteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. The service we received was second to none and we would highly recommend them, they are definitely superior in their field.

We cannot recommend Kernow Fires enough. They (everyone - showroom staff, surveyor and installers) made the whole experience easy and even pleasurable. We absolutely love our wood burning stove and are enjoying cosy times in front of the fire.
