From sales through to execution, I couldn’t have asked for any more from Firetec. Having provided them with our requirements, they guided us towards a product that was both far more appropriate and cost effective than our initial choice and their responsiveness and customer care throughout the sales process was excellent. We were given a fitting date that suited our needs with a short lead time and the fitting team arrived promptly. Their care for our property in terms of protecting furniture and fittings while work was undertaken was second to none and their workmanship effective and to the highest quality. Recently had a wonderful hole in the wall fire fitted. This involved knocking out an old fashioned fire place, fitting the fire and restoring the walls to a lovely smooth surface. This was undertaken in a timely and friendly manner. No job was too much trouble. Communication was good throughout and when an item that was originally costed was not needed a reduction in my bill was given, great business practice.
