Don't bother.. there are plenty of fire companies that offer a better service. I order an electric fire weeks ago and it was always scheduled for delivery this week. Called today to make sure its still going ahead to be informed that they don't have the fire from the supplier and it can now take up to 2 weeks. I understand that delays happen but they never corresponded with us! After finding a lovely company where the fire was cheaper and they can deliver the fire tomorrow, I requested a refund to be told the refund will now take up to two weeks!!!!! Poor customer service, and there are so many online stores that have been a lot better since looking, go elsewhere.
