From our first visit to the shop at Macclesfield Nick & Martyn were both brilliant, nice guys, full of information & really know their stuff, they were always willing to help, answer questions regarding choosing our stove through to installation & we felt at ease from day one, James and Mark the fitters were excellent from the first day of installation they were informative, professional & friendly, kept to covid guidelines & our living room remained clean & tidy during the whole installation, we are now enjoying our heta log burning stove during this cold weather, if anyone is looking or thinking of a log burning stove go to 'Cheshire Stoves' Thanks again were always there to help . nothing nothing too

A big thanks to Martyn, Nick and the team at The Cheshire Stove Shop. A pleasure to deal with from our first visit to the showroom (which ended up being twice in one day) during which Martyn took the time to explain the procedure from order through to installation, whilst also demonstrating the stove we were interested in. The showroom really is worth a visit to get an idea of the range of stoves you can buy. We opted for a Contura 510g with Soapstone top, paired with a blue limestone hearth from Wharfe Valley hearths (which Martyn sourced for us and stored prior to install). Needless to say we are blown away by the results and have already lit a couple of test fires even in this warm weather. Install went without a hitch, with the team happy to work alongside our kitchen fitters who were also on site at the time. All furniture was covered before work started and no mess left behind by the time they had finished. All rounded off by a quick demo of how the stove was to be operated. All in all a very professional, friendly outfit who we won't hasten to recommend to friends and family!
