Fantastic customer service! I ordered a Napoleon Grill a few days before the country entered lock down, which meant my grill got held up in a warehouse. I was kept up to date, with email and phone calls, throughout about the status. When things finally went to yellow, and deliveries resumed, I was immediately notified of my grills arrival. G & G assembled and delivered my grill quickly, then took the time to explain and show my wife and I all the features and proper use of the unit. Outstanding!
