We have had our Valor fireplace insert for several years. We understand the need for regular maintenance so, we called Ashleigh's Hearth & Home. The service person arrived during the scheduled time period. After entering our home, Robby placed drop cloths down to prevent any mess. The technician was courteous and professional. We are happy with the service received. We would highly recommend it, We are sure that we will enjoyed the warmth and comfort provided from a properly functioning unit for years to come. I must say, over the 26 years having a first fireplace, then the more efficient insert stove. We have many people working on our fireplace/stove. The men that came to us from Ashleigh's were professional, courteous, clean, and helpful. They also inspected our furnace chimney without charge. They were all i hoped they would be in a service. Shawn the man that worked on our stove, knew why it was not working to it's full capacity, and fixed it. Since they have worked on our stove the efficiency has doubled. We use MUCH less wood and even my husband is happy with the results. Which is rare. I definitely will have them next year without a doubt . Thank you Ashleigh's Hearth & Home Inc. Ashleigh's was great. They walked us through our options without any sales pressure. And even though it was the busy season (Nov), we didn't have to wait long after purchase before installation. The guys who came out (Dave and Joe) were terrific. They cleaned up the area completely, took the time to answer our questions - and were just genuinely nice guys. Highly recommend Ashleigh's.
Ashleigh's cleaning service on our wood-burning stove was excellent, for the second year in a row. The serviceman (Larry) was cheerful and answered all my questions. He worked quickly and efficiently. Once again, we have been very happy with our Vermont Castings stove and with Hudson Valley Chimney service.
After we were able to find Ashleigh to service our Majestic fireplace last year we set up an annual service date for our gas fireplaces. We received a phone call a week ahead of the service call to remind us that the Ashleigh service technician would come at 9:30AM the following Monday, and sure enough we got a call at 9:00AM telling us he would be at our house in a 1/2hr. He arrived, did a routine cleaning, he wore coverings on his shoes, laid out drop cloth's on the floor. worked steadily for almost 2hrs, He finished and left. It was great to have an efficient service person show up on time, and do a good job.
