Vikings Aerosports are into student’s education program in Aeromodelling that can be taught to school children as an extracurricular activity in “One Academic Year” school program as Long-term, Workshops or through “Summer Camp” and “Week-end” programs as Short-term Workshops. Also for engineering students of Mechanical / Aeronautical stream, we can help and assist them for their Project Work. This can be taken up as Hobby and also as a sport in which there are national and international competitions. We also conduct Aeromodeling workshop for the corporates. This enhances the team building capability, understand the importance of team work, improve hand & eye coordination, break the barriers to interact and work as a team, bringing out the leader in an individual, knowing the strengths & weakness & overcoming stress. Aeromodelling is the design, construction and flying of model airplanes, helicopters and rockets. It is both a Hobby and an International Sport Model aviation’s power to excite the imagination and generate enthusiasm that has made it a truly international activity with many thousands of participants and hundreds of ongoing activities worldwide. Today, you can build model airplanes of incredible realism and fly them as expertly as a real pilot sitting at the controls. Aeromodelling helps to understand Physics, improve hand and eye coordination, understand the importance of team work, learn to cope with success and failure, create 3D objects, learn to work with blue prints, use hand tools etc. Aeromodelling is a wonderful form of self expression that gradually leads you to a successful career as a Pilot, Aircraft Designer, Aircraft Maintenance Technician or Aerospace professional.
