Valuation Link guarantees the appraisals completed by our panel are in compliance with the Appraiser Independence Requirements and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. The policies and procedures also ensure that our selected appraisers are compensated at a rate that is customary and reasonable. The management team at Valuation Link includes Certified Appraisers with over 100 years combined of appraisal, appraisal firm management and appraisal management company experience.
