Unbaked is a fun, new dessert concept located in Old Town Scottsdale! We serve up edible cookie dough homemade ice cream, fresh baked cookies, ice cream sandwiches, and more. Everything made in-house! We make our cookie dough safe to eat by nixing the egg product and using heat-treated flour. We have cookie dough flavors like classic chocolate chip, sugar cookie, brownie batter, cake batter, s'mores, and much more. Add some mix-ins and you've got a party! Guests are able to mix + match scoops of ice cream and cookie dough to create any sweet concoction imaginable!
