After being employed in a Quantity Surveying Practise in the North East of the UK for the last 29 years, due to retirements etc, i've started my own company specialising in the preparation of Feasibility and Budget Cost Estimates from house extensions upto multi million pound commercial developments. I also carry out the preparation of Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Work for Residential / Commerecial and Industrial developments for either the Client / Architect, post tender or for Contractors during the tender period. In partnership with a local estimator we are alos able to provide the following additional services: Site Surveys Preparation of Tender Documentation Valuations and Final Account preparation Pre Tender Estimates Though my Photographic business, Aperture2000 Limited, I can also provide the following additional services: Construction site photography including Aerial Drone photography Commercial Photography Architectural Photography
