- 4.4 years of experience in IBM Mainframe environment with projects involving development and enhancements of batch and online programming. - Good programming skills in NATURAL,ADABAS,COBOL, JCL,DB2,CICS - Experience of working RDz, PAC,PREDICT,NATURAL DEBUGGER etc tools. - Experience of working with team using Gantt Chart. - Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture. - Very well conversant in SDLC Processes and the various documents related with the SDLC processes like Coding Guidelines, Coding Checklists, User Manual, Technical Manual and testing documentation. - Possess Analytical skills, technical and functional expertise. - Having proven flexibility to adapt to volatile/challenging needs of the Project. - Experience of working both onshore as well as offshore
