WHAT I DO: Being in a leadership position and a driving executive force in a healthcare system requires different skills and leadership principles than running a clinical career. Through my programs and support physicians develop the necessary people skills, communication skills and also self-leadership skills which many times are ignored. With their performance goals in mind, we work on the physicians'​ challenges and they are able to immediately apply the newly gained learning to create better results. And that is so powerful because each week they are making progress with their goals and they experience not only relief but actual enthusiasm. WHAT DRIVES ME: Whether coaching physicians or healthcare leaders 1-to-1, delivering workshops or retreat programs, I love my work. On weekends I provide workshops to dog guardians to raise money for rescue groups. I've been learning so much about leadership and life from dogs; they make me a better leader, coach, and person.
