It is the Mission of Our Spot to set first dates and create real world connections, through experiencing new and exciting places. Our Spot promotes local businesses through setting first dates. Unlike current dating apps, which only offer matches, Our Spot has been designed to allow users to experience something they enjoy, with someone new! By creating dates rather than matches, we can secure real world interaction among users. This allows us to channel those dates specifically to businesses! Our platform introduces singles and sets dates based on mutual location interests. An amount will show the user what it costs to set a date at that location. Once a match occurs, a date will be set, and that amount proposed will be sent to the business for a 100% credit. This credit will be added to the bill at the end of the date. This approach commits the users to show up, and allows businesses to track the amount of revenue generated through the application. Currently we are only located in Houston, TX. All businesses and users will be local to the Houston area.
