Following the great success achieved by MJM Quantity Surveying, which was incorporated in 2013, Modus Construction Consultants "Modus" was formed in September 2014 symbolising the re-uniting of two of Kent's most promising young Quantity Surveyors. Martin Munday and Michael Hoggart previously trained and worked together for 8 years before following separate career paths which culminated in both of them becoming Associate Directors in two of Kents leading Quantity Surveying firms. Having already secured significant contracts throughout the Home Counties and Central London, Modus' ambition is to become Kent's most reputable quantity surveying practice. Modus recognise that reputation is built on continuously delivering a fantastic service and sound commercial advice to its' Clients, something we strive to achieve in every aspect of our business. We believe this can be achieved by our modern, dynamic approach to each and every project which will benefit from direct input from a company director throughout the project lifecycle. Modus operate in many sectors of the industry including affordable residential, high-end residential, education, leisure and healthcare offering the full spectrum of quantity surveying services along with cost management, bills of quantities preparation, employer's agent, contract administration and project management services.
