Maltbys is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated company, who have been at the forefront of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession since 1929, when Alfred Maltby commenced his quantity surveying business in Auckland. Maltbys is currently run by four shareholder Directors, who together manage a professional staff of over twenty people through offices in Auckland, Wellington and Queenstown. In 2014 we celebrated 85 years in business. Achieving our goal of defining costs, managing risk and delivering results means having the right people. At Maltbys we have maintained for over 89 years people with the right experience, knowledge, attitude and approach to deliver accurate information and reliable advice. People who you can relate to.
