I founded this company with the intention of making a tangible impact on the health and well-being of my home city of Houston, the great state of Texas, and all who desire to feel their best. Our aim is to facilitate the realization of our clients' goals and with service that they might expect from family. We will accomplish our mission through maintaining a broad foundation of clinical nutrition knowledge, culinary expertise, cultural competency, valuable community partnerships, and positive relationships with every customer. We will be there for you where you need us, in office, in home or online. We are ready to guide you on your personal path to health, wellness and supreme quality of life. Our clinical services include Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME), and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for weight management, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, GI disorders, renal disease, sports nutrition, pediatrics, and nutrition support.
