The GBNRTC is a cooperative association (Metropolitan Planning Organization) of elected and appointed officials, planning professionals, and the public working together. In a collaborative process, federal dollars is distributed to a variety of needed transportation related projects but not limited to; roadways and bridge repair, bicycle paths, and procurement of new buses.
