When our founder Dale Peterson and his wife Fern began raising turkeys on our family farm in Cannon Falls, they did it the only way they knew how – without shortcuts. Eighty years later, that philosophy hasn’t changed. Our turkeys are raised without antibiotics or artificial growth promotants. They have full outdoor access in temperate months and live entirely on range during the summer. We process our birds naturally, without additives or artificial nitrates. We offer a full line of raw and cooked turkey products, which we proudly provide to retailers, restaurants, meat processors, and foodservice accounts.
