Evergreen Park is the largest recreational, exhibition and convention facility in northwestern Alberta. The facility includes the TARA Centre for hosting weddings, meetings, conventions, trade shows, concerts and much more; Evergreen Park Casino, an adults-only and family restaurant; the Gordon Badger Stadium at JDA Raceway that seats 2,700; two indoor riding arenas and year-round indoor horse stabling; 12 minor baseball teams; a May-October campsite; archery centre; gymkhana events centre; and draft horse club barn. The Park hosts live horse racing at JDA Raceway in July-August and off-track betting facilities year-round. The casino includes 99 slots and 12 VLTs. The Park features a Kids Zone (bouncy castles) from October to April. There are trails for walking/running and horseback riding.
