Evergreen Life Services is a nonprofit organization offering support & services for more than 1,200 individuals with developmental disabilities in 8 states. We believe in inclusion and in building communities where all individuals have the opportunity to thrive and grow and be recognized for their contributions to society. We operate in the states of Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida and Georgia. EMPHASIZING ABILITIES As a nationally recognized leader in serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), Evergreen focuses on the abilities of the people we serve. From our perspective, the glass is always half full. In almost all cases, people with IDD can greatly improve their level of functioning with the right professional support and training. With decades of experience and modern best practices, ELS works hard to enable every person it serves to reach his or her highest potential for independence, self-care and productivity. PROGRAMS AND SERVICES Evergreen operates a wide variety of programs and services, including community homes, day work centers, supportive living and employment services, art centers, and social enterprise projects. Evergreen provides supports and services to over 1000 individuals in six states. Supportive emplyment is a major portion of what we do. As part of our supprotive employment process we operate several social enterprise programs throughout the country. A major portion of those programs are done in our production, assembly and packing facilities. We partner with local and national businesses to provide them with a valuable and cost saving method to complete numerous types of jobs. We can contract with you to do various forms of production type functions such as, assembly, packaging, sorting, and shipping as well as almost any other thing you need. Our network of facilities throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky allows to provide excellent results.
