Engemma - When Gems Speak® Bringing the gemstone business into 21st century The Engemma® solution (pat. pending) offers a remote gemstone assessment with the same functionality and accuracy as an on-site evaluation. It is a unique and revolutionary solution for leading gemstone trade centres all over the globe: no more assessing on site in person for a complete evaluation! The Engemma® gemstone imaging solution is primarily for enhancing the usability of gemological reports drawn up by gemological laboratories. Gemstone imaging is done automatically, on-site and 24/7, as part of gemological reporting. One option is an e-commercial solution, in which 3D applets with various gemological properties are combined into a single database. This enables a user to search for gemstones with the preferable properties. Our goal: global market leadership The annual turnover of the global gemstone business is billions of US dollars. Engemma has set its sights on becoming the global market leader in solutions that promote and boost the electronic trade of gemstones, with customers among the most respected and reliable laboratories, gemstone traders, and auction houses. The Engemma® solutions will become the new electronic standard of the field and revolutionize through digitalization the way gemstones are traded. Our long-term goal is to create a separate gemstone database.
