ELEVEN is a hybrid of my sincere respect for what family “dining rooms” used to be. I do hope that our restaurant rekindles the feelings of true friendly “diners”—the type of quality restaurants so many of us grew up with (and still crave) which have slowly, but steadily, disappeared from our city’s street corners.
