Compass Home Dialysis is an End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) dialysis organization with a patient-first approach to providing quality-of-life improving dialysis programs to patients. With programs ranging from transitional outpatient dialysis, to staff-assisted home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, to skilled nursing facility (SNF) dialysis programs; our ability to reach patients on their terms in an ever-increasing industry is second-to-none! Our organization approaches the dialysis industry with one constant question behind every decision that we make; “Does this offer the best possible outcome to the patient?” With this in mind, we are pioneering a dialysis revolution vested in the interest of placing the care of patients above all else and it is in this ideology that we will positively impact and ultimately improve the lives of the patients we serve.
