Bij Comforte houden we als vzw een duidelijk maatschappelijk doel voor ogen. We kiezen er bewust voor om nieuwe medewerkers bij te staan in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling, door hen kansen te geven via opleidingen en met een doorgedreven ondersteuning. We zoeken daarbij zorgvuldig naar gemotiveerde vrouwen en mannen, van gelijk welke afkomst of religie, die goesting hebben om in hun job te groeien en een zinvolle, geëngageerde rol te spelen binnen de lokale gemeenschap. Dezelfde filosofie volgend, opteren we voor een sociale invulling van alle activiteiten waarvoor dienstencheques in aanmerking komen. Zo willen we niet enkel poetsen, maar ook boodschappen doen, koken en strijken. Daarnaast staan al onze medewerkers altijd klaar om dat kleine beetje, maar soms zo cruciale, extraatje te doen, zoals contact opnemen met de voor een bepaald probleem bevoegde diensten. En een gezellige babbel moet er ook wel eens vanaf kunnen. Ook kiezen we resoluut voor betere mobiliteit met dienstencheques. Met onze aangepaste voertuigen kunnen we zowel mensen met een beperking als zorgbehoevende senioren hun bewegingsvrijheid teruggeven. In al onze activiteiten streven we naar een kwaliteitsvolle professionele dienstverlening die financieel gezond is en waar winsten opnieuw geïnvesteerd worden in de sociale ondersteuning van onze medewerkers. Blije klanten en medewerkers die trots zijn op het verschil dat ze maken, daarvoor doen we het! De samenleving kan er enkel wel bij varen.
