Another nice addition to the famous 切仔面 (qie zai mian) mythos of LuZhou. Apart from the usual suspects of dry and soup noodles, the smoked shark is a must try delicacy. It goes very well with the mixture of thick viscous soya paste ( as oppose to watery soya sauce) with wasabi! The sweet & spicy sauce goes well with almost any other meat! Price is reasonable, considering it was once seen as working ckass, labourer's choice of affordable meal. The interior deco is dotted with antiques memorabilias and vintage movie posters, do have a go at spotting some of the most renown movies that catapult some celebrities into household names or made certain location becoming hot tourist spots that spawn an entire industry by itself.

本土有名的老店，湯頭濃郁不油膩，可以一碗再一碗，推薦
喜歡店裡的氛圍，東西也不錯吃。
切仔麵湯頭很清淡，有豆芽菜當配菜，沒有其他常見的肉燥或是紅蔥什麼的，加點了一顆滷蛋，吃起來沒有什麼味道。招牌五花肉吃起來還不錯，裝潢的很復古懷舊，配上懷舊的音樂，以及淡淡的冷氣，感覺還蠻有情調的
