Wonderful place and professional lady. I was 10 minutes late for the treatment and the lady did not make a problem out of it. She waited for me down in front of the building as it was my first time. The ambient of the place is amazing. Everything was so nicely decorated, well equipped and clean. The music was also super nice. I only speak a little bit of german and the lady made sure we understood each other and made me feel very comfortable. The service was super quick and as painless as possible. Also, she gave me an advice on how to take care of my skin that she has no use of, which showed that she cares about her customers instead of money. All in all, great service! Definitely recommend! /

Mirella is absolutely amazing! She is very professional, warm and immediately makes you feel at ease, while her sugaring method by hand is thorough, fast and as pain-free as possible. The studio is central, super accessible and at the same time cosy and private. Could not recommend Vellutata more!
