If I could rate it a zero I totally would. My experience there was horrible. I’m from San Diego and most clinics I’ve gone to they were very nice but I had to move to 29 because my husband is in the military. Worst clinic ever. I got injured at work so they sent me here. I went into the room so they can take a look at my arm. The nurse that took my height and weight was very nice. When it came to the doctor he was in a hurry and didn’t care of what I had to say about what was going on and he was just mumbling and rolling his eyes. He said he was going to take X- rays but before they started I walked out called my job that I didn’t feel comfortable proceeding because of how rude and unprofessional he was. NEVER Ever come here.

As I walked up, the lady locked the door then opened it and asked why I was there as she rolled her eyes. I said the posted hours say 6:45 and she said it’s wrong online because they can’t get on the internet to change it. I pointed out the sign right next to us and she said oh that’s the time we leave. We lock the doors when the doctor wants. The customer service here has been horrendous for years but this tops it.

For a place that will take you without an appointment, they aren't so bad. You may have to wait a while, but that's to be expected in any doctor's office, especially without an appointment. I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They've always been very helpful..

Don't waste your time going here. Called with a question and whoever answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Very unprofessional

Doctor was friendly and courteous. The MA on staff for Friday 10/02/20 was extremely rude and barely spoke a word, didn't even tell me she was leaving to get the doctor. The exam table had duct tape holding it together on the end I was sitting on and nothing looked clean or sanitized. I was hesitant staying in the building for too long. Only reason I went is because specialty urgent care wasn't seeing anymore walk-ins. Please address dirty walls, floorboards, and rude staff.
