Dealing with them via the cafe Nero app referral scheme I was surprised that they honestly have no regards to customer service

Be aware my colleagues and I have experienced, at random times, the same issue as other negative reviews - when you scan a rewards voucher you may have earned from a retailer (Caffe Nero, HOP, etc.), the yoyo wallet app still sometimes charges your card. I complained for the first time to the yoyo wallet support team, and it took a week and a chaser to receive a response. They blamed me for the issue of not scanning the rewards voucher. I corrected their support team's assumption that I'm not scanning my rewards voucher, and after a few back and forths eventually was provided a refund - without an apology to claim ownership of the issue, or an apology for blaming the customer for the issue, or an apology for the late response. They have a poorly developed standalone app, a poorly developed app for retailers (Caffe Nero, etc.), and even worse customer service.
I frequently buy products in one of the retailer using yoyo wallet I have therefore collected lots of reward vouchers which I wanted to use and yoyo wallet doesn't allow me, it keeps charging my card without my permission instead of using my reward vouchers! What is the point of collecting vouchers in the first place? This is not acceptable, this application doesn't work properly. They need to resolve this. Not fair on the customers. It isn't user friendly neither.
Never ever sgin up with yoyo and if you do then never let them do anything on your website as they dont know what they doing they took me off google and im losing business for a month now so please guys if u want to make money then dont sgin up with them
