Professional and efficient , very good customer service with prompt communication keeping me informed. I had a home buyers report completed and although it resulted in me not continuing with my house purchase, it was ultimately positive as the report was extremely thorough and highlighted some rather concerning and important repairs which would have been very costly to address. I felt, based on the detail of the report, and the price, compared to other surveyors I had received quotes from, the cost was very good value in this instance. I will be using this company again as and when I find another suitable property to look to purchase.
