Really good service from Kimberlite Glass. We had two panes of glass removed from a door frame and fanlight in our Edwardian property and replaced with Single Fleur Etched glass. Ed did a great job, firstly measuring up (old door and out of 'true') and then fitting the replacement glass a couple of days ago. It looks great and I was very impressed with the service offered. One very happy customer!

Made glass shelves to measure. Very happy twice they've made me some. These are the last one's they made for me.
While some of the staff members/technicians were friendly, the owner/manager is honestly the most unprofessional tradesman I have ever dealt with. They said they would come and give us a quote. They didn't. We followed up and they sent someone out to look (who didn't put required protective film on) and said they would call with the quote when they were about to order the glass and knew when they could fit it. They didn't. I followed up and asked when they would be able to do it and the owner replied \How long is a piece of string\ (??) and called me \passive aggressive\ (!!?) They called several times from different numbers trying to get us to pay for something they never quoted us for and didn't tell us they were gonna order. I am pretty sure the owner even came to our house. The whole ordeal took over a week. Ended up going to a competitor who was really nice and fixed it in three days. I bet the owner will reply to this saying it didn't happen but whatever.
Helpful and courteous from the outset. The lads who came to fit it were spot on. Highly recommended.
