This hotel sadly fell well below my expectations. Poor faciliites, rude and inattentive staff, the other guests were generally very unpleasant, and terrible food with no room service. I expected better, given how exclusive this establishment apparently is and how it is only possible to stay here on recommendation from a Crown Court Judge.
