New, clean and well equipped. With pool, sauna and some nice extra stuff (like cold towels and coffee machine). Love it. It is the first gym I really feel comfortable at.

Really poor attitude of Wellness Manager. Lack of knowledge of customer service and Hotel / apartament products (Ovo prestige card and Hilton HHonors members). Pity, us my previous experience with Holmes place in London South Kensington and Hyatt Warsaw was brilliant.

Polecam każdemu strefę sportu i spa. Choć w czasie ,,pandemii,, spa jest zamknięte to można się szykować do zawodów a ja wreszcie mogę mieć rehabilitację. Świetny klimat, profesjonalna obsługa i wszystko co tylko naj to tam.
