Lodging is clean, quiet and comfortable. The massage services are great. I got a massage and she was very keen on where and how to place her fingers. I fell a sleep! I felt great for hours.

This quaint spa is a delightful retreat. They were under some construction when we were there so it was a challenge to get to the Spa but with the help of the young man working and the owner, I was able to manage the rocky slopes up the hill. I am sure the 'deck' that will connect the spa to the lodge will be done by now The staff are very sweet. The surrounding village is delightful and the Grizzly Cafe had some of the best food I have every had. We were unable to take advantage of some of the offered spa equipment in the exercise room or have a meal there but they had tea and coffee available. I highly recommend this sweet facility and the SPA for a relaxing time. The decor is sweet with a true 'homey' atmosphere. Enjoy!

My friends at the Holistic Health Day Spa and B&B have been the absolute best hosts - accomodations who understand the needs of PCT hikers are invaluable to the well-being of a town!! I was taken in, given an Epsom salt bath, and provided loving food for absolutely as long as a hiker may need at an affordable rate:) ... (You know what hikers say, the vortex is real lol!) - Through my stay, staff and everybody working on the beautiful renovations have been generous, helpful, and professional, and my stay here couldn't be better.
