We bought nearly new car from this dealer. We paid price very close to brand new one as we have been informed car is accident free and perfect condition. Unfortunately car turned to be after collision and was very badly repaired and prepared for sale. After all salesman tried to convince us that new Citroen comes with out of shape plastics and poor quality paint (see pictures how new Citroen looks) - what an arrogant lie !! We paid so much money to be sure we are getting proper vehicle and dealer turned to be so dishonest. After Citroen UK intervention dealer supplied replacement car and did some cosmetic work to make car looking a bit more similar to that what it meant to be. It doesn't change fact that we have been heavy overcharged on this car and it looks like there is no any humility from dealer side - only money counts. Most annoying is fact that Mr. salesman tries to make us idiots - how you can say that nearly new Citroen (9000 miles) comes with all that faults???!!! Pure arrogance !!! Void this garage - specially if you buy used vehicle - they will rip you off nicely. Solicitor already looks on case. Shame !!
