I never write reviews really, especially negative ones as I know how damaging they can be to a business but I am gobsmacked at the way we have been treated tonight! We use this pizza place a lot and have done for the past 3 years or so. The staff were good and so were the delivery guys...we had a good relationship with the staff and have never had issues. So when our pizzas arrived and weren’t stuffed crust (we always have stuffed crust) we didn’t think there would be a problem when we called back. However their attitude was shocking! They said that we had lied, that we had never ordered there previously and they would not send out our correct order. Very strange...under new management maybe? The man I spoke to said he’d been there 5 years so very odd. We offered to pay extra so we could actually have our order but still they refused and continued to say it was us that had lied. Eventually they said they’d send us out a 12 inch plain cheese pizza free of charge and then couldn’t understand why we didn’t want to accept that as that had not been our order...very frustrating! Having looked at other reviews it appears we are not the only ones this has happened to! Unbelievable! I am really sad that I will not be returning here but to be honest it is definitely not worth the customer service (or lack of) that goes with it. AVOID!!

We ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake, and they gave us 2 frozen slices, asked for forks and they said that they run out, how can you run out of plastic forks as a fast food? I really don’t recommend this place ! I’ve never commented any restaurant or fast food in my life but this one really made me do it.
They did not deliver the food, when I called they said they had thrown away my food and whether I wanted him to pick it back up from the bin. I lost 19.00 yet to be refunded. Picking up food from the bin to serve customers!!!
Ordered plenty of times over time and they have always delivered on time if not early and food is always brilliant, such nice staff as well
Avoid unless there are no choices. Garlic bread had no taste or smell garlic, pizza was dry and fries were chewy.
