Worst place to buy unilock pavers , bought 3 pallets of Holland stone pavers which were damage and I went to Schroeder customer service ,explaining them about the size defect those pavers had ,the store manager wanted me to call unilock for any problems related with materials that I bought in their shroeder materials location, all the staff were unaware of company policy regarding this problem , the manager replaced me some pavers with an attitude but not the 3 damage bundles of pavers 300 per bundle, now I’m stuck with 3 pallets of expensive pavers , fix the customer service .

ordered 4 yards of dirt. Driver tells me he can't leave the roadway to dump because he fell in a septic tank years before. Told him the dumpsite is only 50 ft. off roadway but still refuses. Called customer service called and was given no help. Told me if I cancelled the order I would still have to pay the delivery fee of 42.00. They should tell you when ordering that they cannot leave the roadway. They need to re-train their customer service people. Terrible attitudes.
