Absolute delight going into this store, everyone of the staff is always smiling... no matter who you talk to all the staff are courteous... everyone knows about what ever you ask and if they don’t the Manger comes and helps out she is a delight..... it’s a true saying what they put on the site if you have any Gold take it in and cash is handed over for it (as long as you agree with the price they say) which I must say is good.. If you have anything to sell go into the store and speak to any of the staff... Cash converters Worksop well done

I recently sold my pandora bracelet here, the staff are absolutely superb! Unfortunately I cannot remember the chaps name that I spoke to (I’m so gutted, I’m so sorry), but oh man the customer service they give is amazing. Truly friendly people! Clearly these people enjoy their job and it is so nice to see. I’ve been once before and although they were unable to help me, they gave me information of other shops that could nearby. Thank you so much again, you all made my family and I feel welcome. Will definitely be returning
