All 1 star reviews does not serve the quality of the food and flavours the food brings. I bought a takeaway chicken lumprice. It was far better than what i expected. Price was reasonable too. Looking forward to taste other dishes once the lockdown rules are lifted.

Authentic and delicious food at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend. We have used them for event catering, eating as a group in the restaurant and for take away. Great service and really family orientated. Female lead team front and back of house which is refreshing too!

Wow! We've found our new local favourite restaurant! We've been here twice in the last week or so and love it. The food was delicious and the staff amazing. On our second visit we couldn't believe that the waitress not only remembered us but knew what wine we had previously and what table we liked. Every member of staff was kind, attentive, friendly and welcoming. The chef, who is the owner even came out to meet us :) I would highly recommend the Egg hopper for a starter if you like spicy, every dish we had was delicious. We have found our new favourite restaurant, massive thanks to all of the staff for making our evening perfect! A great family run place :)

Sri Lankan restaurant without Paratha, a joke! Staff served us was very stiff and was not willing to accommodate us. To start with, asked for tap water did not arrive! Waited over 15 mins to order starter in the end we had to order at the counter! Inflexible with menu to order food for children!!! The price of food is very very expensive, two mutton rolls 4.00! Usually not more than 2.00!! In the end we decided to cancel the order and walk out! No regret, will not visit the place ever again. Poor service and not will not accommodate people. Won’t even give one star. I’m following up with the comments posted by the restaurant! So unprofessional even to write a comment! These people serve based on your background and so rude! As soon as we arrived we had apologised for the late arrival, we were 30 mins late! Not one and half hours, please check facts before posting! inflexible with menu, all other restaurants we have been accommodate their customers! They don’t have banners and so arrogant can’t event take criticism to improve their service. We had asked for tap water, it didn’t even come! Can’t be bothered attitude because we haven’t ordered any drinks from the menu. Very bad of you to react to a customer comment in an unprofessional way. Please respond in an professional manner next time. Thanks

Fantastic Host and tasty food. It was my first experience of Sri Lankan food and will definitely not be my last. My favourite food has to be the starter platter which I could totally eat as a main course. Loved all the flavours! Will go back again! Thank you Colombo Kitchen :)
