Eastside has been easy to work with and our technician, Alex has been great. He's on time, Professional, engaging and always addresses any concerns we might have. We've had to ask him to come out a couple of times in between regular service visits to address issues and he's always been prompt and willing. I think I can honestly say that we might not have continued using Eastside after our contract expired if it had not been for the fact that we know that it's going to be the same technician that comes out every time who understands our needs and concerns and that we've been able to build a rapport with over the last year and a half. So thank you Eastside Alex!

We recently moved and inherited a number of pest issues. We appreciated the thorough inspection and recommendations for how to quickly address existing issues and prevent future ones. The initial service was so good that we signed on for maintenance. Jack continues to provide excellent service. Each time he comes to our house we know that he is making sure rodent and pest issues are not popping up again, he also makes sure to check in and answer any questions. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciate that he assuages my concerns about what bugs/pests are normal versus a problem.

I’ve been using Eastside Exterminators for a few years and they have been great. Contacted them when we had a wasp problem and they resolved that quickly. Now we are signed up for regular treatments and we haven’t had any pest issues since. Alex is great. He calls us when he arrives and asks us if there are any specific concerns that we have that we want him to focus on. He also takes the time to explain the treatments he will be using.
