Georgie was a very difficult property manager to work with and I cannot stress that anyone working with her should proceed with caution. When I was preparing to sign my lease and did the walk through, she never showed back up to the property to do the repairs. After waiting to hear from her and never receiving any communication, I decided to not renew my lease. It took her SIX (6) MONTHS to submit a form to the county so that I could get the water account in my name. She is quick to make accusations, as to not accept any responsibility for her lack of performance. I would not recommend her or her company to anyone.

This place isn't fair, they caused damage to my home with there inspection then claim it was already there . Then the agent Kathy, she is new and writes a contract and can't even honor a contract. Trying to not even be fair with ( the earnest money ) after holding property off the market for over 3 months. People beware they will find away to screw you.
