Consistenly exceeding my expectations of service. I dropped my car in for a service & MOT and was pleased to see the precautions in place for covid-safe delivery & collection really well managed and designed. When I was home, I had a call from Ryan from the sales team just checking in and asking about whether I was looking at a possible upgrade at all and although I wasn't - he provided an exceptional level of service, did not pressure me at all and really listened to my situation and what I would be after in an ideal world. A few conversations later, he came back to me and literally gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. He really went the extra mile, providing me an incredibly competitive price for an upgrade and he'd very clearly listened to what I said was important to me with a car. Long story short, dropped my car off for a service and ended up buying a brand new car over the phone! This will be my 4th Lexus and I couldn't be happier to stay with Lex, you just don't get the service elsewhere and you feel like a really important customer from start to finish. Thanks to Ryan and all of his colleagues, there is zero chance my custom will be going anywhere else! Couldn't be happier.
