Things don't always go to plan, and my replacement grill arrived broken, it was packaged well so no fault of theirs. Matt at The BBQ Shop was super friendly helpful and caring giving a real personal experience (when really I was spending very little) and organised another to be sent which has made it in one piece. A lovely company and I'm sure i'll be shopping with them again.

I only bought a gas bottle BUT I was really impressed with the shop and the service I was given. I was treated as a valued customer and the guys were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I was worried about carrying the bottle but the guy offered to carry it to my car without me needing to ask. Well done, five I would recommend

I would just like to share feedback on the Customer Service I have received today. Without exaggeration, the customer service in helping me get my patio heater up and running has been 5 star! From the person who answered the phone to the engineer who arrived to get us up and running, I have been beyond impressed! Literally first class customer service, which you should all feel proud of. Well, what can a say other than the BBQ Shop really know their stuff! They were knowledgeable, patient and friendly at explaining the different types of BBQs - gas, charcoal, smokers, etc. The advice I received was excellent and the showroom had a wide range of BBQs on display. I ended up buying the Napoleon Pro22K 57cm charcoal kettle. Overall, a fantastic experience.
