I thought it was a nice hospital, very clean, and nice staff, however they won't let you out until you're 100%, literally I had to be perfect before they let me out and kept extending the time I had to be there. It smelled nice though but the food was rubbish and like another person said it is easy to be out of sight, i was left alone for hours with another girl in a room with a beanbag when we were allowed to watch a movie, and no one checked on us which was strange seeing as I couldn't be left unattended while I was having psychotic episodes

A disgrace. 0 stars. Young people are being sent by NHS England into draconian institutions with staff, not all, who are untrained and incompetent. When will this country stop exploiting and neglecting the needy and vulnerable? I am disgusted to hear about the abuse children suffered whilst being’cared’ for by a company who just want to make money . But it is ok - a ticking off by the CQC and back to business no apology or retribution????? Take care where your child is sent to in a time of crisis. Don’t be intimidated or feel stigmatised because of your family’s predicament . The safeguarding of your child or adult child is paramount. Ask,ask, ask!
