VERY RUDE and unprofessional staff. Especially a gentleman around 50 is very unpleasant. I don’t recommend this store. Personally, I will not go back there. Thank you

We called here to buy some appliances for our new kitchen, We had only been inside the shop about a minute when we were approached by a very rude (Irish accented) supervisor, who berated my heavily pregnant wife for not wearing a mask in the shop. When she asked him why he was not wearing one himself, he replied that he is a supervisor and does not have to. My wife then asked him to move further away so that we could leave the shop, he refused and stood less than a meter away from her in the narrow aisle, insisting that there was enough room for her to pass. We squeezed past him and left, with him following and still berating my wife all the way to the exit. We then went to the Argos in Sainsbury's and spent the 475 we had intended spending here.
