Came in today with my daughter. She was wearing a mask but I wasn't (as I am exempt) Volunteer came up to me and pointed to her mask and said to me \do you have a mask\ I replied no. She asked to see my exempt card. I replied I do not have one. She then proceeded to say that I had to have evidence of why I am not wearing one?! When I pointed out that on the government website it states that you do not need to provide evidence, she tutted at me, said whatever and walked away. Very rude woman. Horrible experience and so I will not be returning to this store, nor any other cancer research store when they do not bother to adhere to the government rules and train it's staff/volunteers

amazing store with huge selection, always a large amount of DVD's as bargain prices and all in aid of charity. staff are also lovely and very helpful
