Really happy with Doctors at Warrens, yes there is a new e consult but they review them and call in priority of illness I think. They responded to concerns regarding my young daughter the same day and for my husbands query the day after e consult. Where needed they've offered physical examinations too so they are still open to these. We have a comparison with my mother in law in Liverpool who's GP surgery is awful - they can sometimes be a week before responding to an e consult and won't answer a telephone query about anything. If we could, we would move her to use our surgery we are so happy here.

Rang for a emergency appointment for a problem that has been going on for almost a month now to be told I had to book over a econsult (which takes 2 days) do the consult to be told to call them for a emergency appointment which I did in the first place, now they are closed for lunch. I will be putting in a complaint about this as this is not acceptable to be fobbing people off as you’re more interested in getting your lunch break on time. Never known a surgery to have more rude receptionists who couldn’t care less about doing their job correctly.

Can't get to see a doctor, new system just sends you to 111 or a&e. For a relatively minor in affection, which the Doctor would have sorted in 5 mins, not the 2 hours of out of hours staff. Get the Doctors working again.

Twice had appointments with follow up calls required from a doctor. No calls and when I called to query this got a very short shrift from the receptionist at the time. Even in difficult times there isn't any excuse for this.
