They are con-artists!! Charged me 160 on return!! My beginner skis were taken on the slopes (surely an accident because they weren’t high value). Happens all the time when skiing, they even agreed (at least 5 times a day they said). I was told the money would be returned when the skis are returned. But their phone number not working and no reply from messages or email. Service was also awful. I went back the next day to check if my skis were returned. Some guy took my receipt and disappeared and after chatting and laughing together behind the counter, one of the girls says the skis are still not back. She didn’t check the computer, just seemed to pluck the information from thin air. They probably go out and steal their own skis to screw over tourists. I’m really disappointed!!

The prices are not exactly cheap, but there are no other cheaper alternatives. The service was good and the staff helpful, but I can imagine being hard if you go there during a busy day...

I went with online booking and everything went smoothly. I gave 4 stars because the snowboard boots were so stinky that I was afraid I'd catch some ffeet fungus or something. It's been over a week now and no fungus, but I still wake up scared sometimes in the middle of the night and I feel that smell from the boots... It was that bad..I hope in time I can get over it...
