Everyone at Koonar was so friendly and really seemed to care about their patients. Jordan was the best Physiotherapist who always listened well to my concerns and gave great exercises to do that really helped to ease pain during my treatment. I would definitely go back in the future if any needs arise.

Koonar Physiotherapy is a multi-service facility. The staff as a team is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, personable, supportive and encouraging. It is a comfortable place to heal and receive treatment. I have chosen to return to Koonar for physiotherapy again (after 4 years for a different ailment). My physiotherapist has taken new techniques and personalized therapy to help my treatment progress successfully and at a comfortable pace. He shares information, tips and techniques to ensure my healing continues in my home with exercises. There is also online support to show proper technique for exercises. I highly recommend Koonar and physiotherapist J. Melnyk for your physiotherapy needs. You will be successful in your healing.

When my daughter started complaining about her knee, I knew exactly who to call. We first met Jordan online (due to the pandemic restrictions), and eventually moved on to in-person appointments. Jordan was very helpful in getting her knee back into shape and getting rid of the pain she was having. He's very personable, kind and really knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone! I've had an amazing experience so far working with Dr.Jordan at Koonar Physiotherapy. I've been suffering from a strained neck and sudden onset of sciatica pain in my lower back for the past few months. Despite being able to only attend sessions virtually, I feel a lot relief and have much more flexibility in the range of my neck movements since I began working with him. He is incredibly patient in listening to my concerns, adjusts my exercises based on my feedback, helps me get the correct postures to ensure I'm not hurting myself and provides valuable information on how/why the exercise is targeted towards my health improvement. I would very highly recommend Dr.Jodan for any of your physiotherapy needs - you won't regret it.

Terrific service! Kesha was very knowledgeable and personable. She explained the process thoroughly about how the exercises were beneficial with correcting my shoulder/calve pain. Despite covid, all staff worked extra hard to keep the moral high and ensure it was a warm environment and pleasant experience. (I hope I don't have to***) But in the event my shoulders tighten up again I will definitely be back! Thank you so much to the amazing team!
