Failed to achieve the simple repeat job. Initial contact incompetent and rude. Second staff helpful but still failed to do the job. Owner, rude and failed to resolve failings from their part. Owner's resolution is to hang up on a customer. Extremely bad service.

Great store Great staff lots of brands.
Ordered some boots.. never got a confirmation email. I called and emailed a number of times, eventually spoke to someone and was told after 2 weeks it was being posted that day. Another 2 weeks later after more calls and emails unanswered, nothing.. then there was a refund in my account. I buy a lot online, never had an experience like that.
Great people fantastic products. Very easy and supportive to work with. Nothing too much of a problem for them. Kind and courteous I found and have done so for the last 25 years..
Very large store. They have all brands available, plus big sizes alwel. Also a huge variety of uniforms, jackets, boots etc. Highly recommended.
