I have been going to this place for many years now and never had any issue as it’s always been fast, efficient, and its even easier for them if you separate all plastic from cans so they can do what they need to do to get the job done quicker. Glass bottles they won’t usually accept unless they are in a small box of 6 bottles or 12 bottles. My only complaint is that their English isn’t very good and the staff is always friendly but not always able to be understood when they speak.

I love this place and tell everyone how much easier this makes returning your empties!! I've been going here for several years now. Sort your bottles (bring them in a box), cans, and plastics ... and get handed cash on the spot. Makes it fun to save up the returns and have a dinner out ... or buy ice cream for the family :) Thanks so MUCH to CT B&C REDEMPTION CENTER for being here in Windsor!!
Fast and efficient. Sometimes there is a wait but once the line starts it really doesn't take too long. I think every time I go depending on the day and time, I'm usually there no more than 15 minutes. Usually I'll have 3 or 4 bags of cans and bottles to return. This is so much better than going to the grocery store and having to wait much longer for a machine to become available.
My family does an ongoing bottle drive for The Jimmy Fund and the Redemption Center makes it easy. It's the only place we go. I am in and out in no time, just make sure to separate plastic/cans/glass, as they suggest, count and pre-sort everything so you won't have to wait. Don't forget glass bottles need to be in boxes... Thanks.
I went there recently with over 40.00 dollars worth of bottle and can returns. The process was quick and easy. We were finished and cashed out within 10 minutes. It was a very good experience!!
